This construction features Lateral Access Doors for bag maintenance. Bags are held to the venturies with clamps to maintain a hermetic seal.
Generally, these dust collectors are specified when the equipment is located inside a building and with height limitations. Platforms and ladders can be supplied as optional.

Huracan Cylindrical High Pressure Dust Collectors (CI) are normally used for pneumatic conveying in different industries such as food, pharmaceutical, raw materials, etc.

These units are made of heavy gauge carbon steel and may be fabricated using different materials such as stainless steel or aluminum or have special coatings, special bag filtering medias, explosion vents, rotary airlocks, etc.

These collectors are designed for easy maintenance with Top Removal of the collector.  You only take off the top lids to access the cages and bags.

Bags are “Snap Band” type which are held to maintain a hermetic seal between the tube sheet and the bags. The most frequent use is handling toxic or dangerous dust when the dust collector is generally outside of the building. Maintenance platforms to access solenoid valves and diaphragm, as well as rotatory airlocks and screw conveyors are optional.

This construction is normally used for venting bins or storage recipients under positive pressure. These dust collectors may be supplied with an optional fan package to create a negative pressure inside the bin or container. Bags and cages may vary from 4 to 10 feet long.
