Flat Backward Blades AP Type

Fans with backward blades designed in class I, II, and III depending on the air volume and static pressure they are required to handle. Flow rates and static pressure vary from 2500 CFM, free delivery up to 80,000 CFM and 12” W.G. Fans can be supplied in single inlet (SISW) and double inlet (DIDW) in arrangements 1,3,4,7,8 and 9 according to AMCA standards. Designed for industrial ventilation. 

Radial Blades

Manufactured using heavy gauge steel for low and high dust concentrations, high temperatures or severe conditions. These fans can be supplied in arrangements 1,4,8 and 9 in single inlet (SWSI) only, in accordance with AMCA. The operation range varies from 700 CFM at free delivery up to 56,000 CFM and 20” W.G.

High Pressure HP Type

High pressure blower with a radial blade wheel, designed for static pressure up to 40” W.G. Wheel design is made of heavy – gauge steel, all welded and riveted. Most commonly used for pneumatic conveying, combustion air, dust and material handling and scrubber exhaust.

Tubeaxial fans

Manufactured using fixed or adjustable aluminum blades with varying capacities to handle volumes from 2000 CFM at free delivery up to 50,000 CFM at 2.0” W.G. These fans can be furnished with a direct couple (Arr. 4) or v belt drive (Arr.9). Normally these fans are installed in ducts to supply or exhaust ambient air, hot or corrosive gases (FRP coating available).

Wall Mounted

Available with aluminum wheels and generally used for ventilation in closed areas. Direct couple (Arr.4) or v belt drive (Arr.9) available.

Exhaust roof ventilators

Galvanized steel construction with an asphalt coating for weather proof protection. When the fan is running, dampers are opened for up last exhaust. When the fan shuts down, dampers are automatically closed by gravity. Direct couple (Arr.4) or v belt drive (Arr. 9) available.

Ceiling Fans for Inyection

Galvanized steel mushroom type fans are fabricated in galvanized steel with an asphalt coating for weather proof protection. Metallic washable filters or throw away filters may be installed in the mushroom for filtered air supply.

Ring Fans are used for general ventilation or for workers comfort in critical areas with high temperatures or areas that require high air velocity. They are manufactured in diameters that go from 18” to 48”.

Mancoolers are manufactured as tubeaxial fans to handle high air volume. These units are supplied with adjustable pitch blades. Materials used in these blades are PPG, PAG or aluminum. These units have structural support with wheels for ease of displacement. They also have a device that allows modify the discharge angle. Mancoolers are supplied with inlet and outlet guard as standard feature. The most common usage is to create comfort for workers or spot cooling for machines or materials.
